Firstly, it's a great Groupon deal. But I think it's also a smart move, since it invites new customer to see their quality work. I got there for their my appointment and since it was earlier than normal, they got started on it ahead of schedule. Very professional, courteous, and got the job done. Working in the area of certainly made it easy for me to take advantage of their deal, but I could just as easily go back to them, even without the deal , (got to get it done somewhere, right ?) , knowing that they'll take good care of my car. May as well go somewhere that I can trust and, after this second visit, I feel like I can trust AutoPlus.

The staff is competent and professional. I had my oil changed and tires rotated in about 30 minutes. I've taken my cars there for years.

Called at 930am on a Wednesday morning, was able to get in by 10am and was done by 1020am. Very smooth experience for a full synthetic oil change!
