Natasha is amazing. She explained everything in great detail and was easy to understand. My wife and I were scheduled together. The session exceeded our expectations. Natasha stayed well past our end time because she wanted to ensure we were satisfied with everything. She did not rush even though we were almost an hour longer than scheduled. Both of us truly enjoyed the session and we are looking forward to the next one that is already scheduled.
This was my first time in an infrared sauna. I I have been a fan of steam rooms for years and use them when I have access at hotels or gyms. The infrared sauna made me sweat about as much but I was able to stay in for a full hour while drinking several bottles of water. This is a personal sauna which was a wonderful luxury to have my own little wooden space with a soft robe, disposable slippers, water, and the beautiful wood sauna with built-in radio. It was a very relaxing, soothing way to spend a cold evening. I'm planning to go back again.
It was a pleasant experience to have my hair done at Aurus. The owner is very professional and he even taught me how to style my hair at home. Love my new haircut!
