This was my first time in an infrared sauna. I I have been a fan of steam rooms for years and use them when I have access at hotels or gyms. The infrared sauna made me sweat about as much but I was able to stay in for a full hour while drinking several bottles of water. This is a personal sauna which was a wonderful luxury to have my own little wooden space with a soft robe, disposable slippers, water, and the beautiful wood sauna with built-in radio. It was a very relaxing, soothing way to spend a cold evening. I'm planning to go back again.
