I enjoyed the experience. Crystal was knowledgeable about the benefits of having a sauna and ways to improve the effects afterwards to further expell the toxins. The atmosphere was truly relaxing and inviting. I will schedule more services.

I workout 3-5 times a week and get a 90-minute massage every two weeks to loosen tight muscles. This was my first stretch and actually showed up late for my appointment and was only able to get a 30-minute stretch. Still, I am now signed up to get two 60-minute stretches per month. The environment was nice/relaxing and LaShawn was excellent. She pushed my limits without it ever being uncomfortable.
