What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Jump in. Keep your lessons as tight together as possible in the beginning. You will be well cared for in every learning opportunity the studio offers. Ask your teacher for homework. Stay after your lesson and practice at the studio if you can. Keep communicating with your instructor. Have fun.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Dancing has had an immense impact on our own personal lives. The joy of social dance can correct any gloomy day. We came to Madison six years ago to continue to share our passion for life and dance. It is our deepest desire to enrich the lives of each individual that visits our family through dance.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing a student come in from the real world and escaping for 45 minutes or more and having their whole world change completely. Witnessing them grow and succeed
in their dancing, smiling at the end of a hard day. Becoming better mates, parents, individuals. Dance is so much more than steps.
