The staff had no issues using the Groupon, but it took me a while to get my solo photos taken. The center was busy with families doing Christmas photos (probably for their 2026 cards!) but customer service was friendly and the photos were sharp, clear and sent to my Shutterfly acct within 2-3 hours of the shoot. Would def buy this again!
Our family photo session with Jose Rendon was fantastic. He made us feel very comfortable! The night shoot at the Water Gardens exactly what I was hoping it would be. He took time with us and made sure we got all the shots we wanted, and suggested some we didn’t think of. The finished photos were gorgeous - we loved them all! Thank you!!

Wow! I had fun and loved how my pictures turned out for my birthday and the holiday. I brought a few props with me, which was allowed. Genesis made this experience even better by answering all of my questions and helping when I needed it. She was so patient and kind.
