IT IS A SCHOOL. The hairdressers are young. Everyone is "hip"! It's always busy in there. The room is loud with music, happy, popping!! The services are priced well and I have been going there for years even without the Groupon. It is affordable. I have had one bad experience but now I know that if I want that type of service I will have to go splurge and pay the $200 plus!!! Now all I get is a solid all over color and a trim. That's really all I need and I am happy. Unfortunately, it still takes all day. This last visit was from 11:30 - 5:00. My technician was really sweet and careful but really slow. Every time she parted my hair she brushed that section like 10 times. I counted!. Her customer service was 5 Star: her attitude, professionalism, consideration and thoughtfulness, etc etc!! If this is how she will carry herself through her career she will be successful. And the instructor that was there with her yesterday was great!! She had good suggestions and was careful to match up my haircolor to my satisfaction. It did come out a bit darker than I wanted but I already knew that would happen. It always lightens up within a few weeks. I am glad this school is here. Just wish they had weekend hours even if it was just once a month!!! That would really help me.
