The Spa is under new management and there were no communication problems whatsoever. The owner is bilingual and is also very knowledgeable about these procedures. She is professional, warm and engaging and made my first visit a spectacular experience. She gave me a solid treatment plan for my concerns and gave detailed explanations. This was a fabulous experience.
My wife and I visited there today, we have two female therapists who gave us a good full body massage, all their staff are friendly. It's been a long time since we received such a good massage. We are 100% satisfied.
