So I found out I bought the wrong version reached out to the merchant for help and they went above and beyond to help me. I reached out on a Saturday via email to the merchant and they responded right away! This product works perfectly for my personal needs and was very affordable.
Just downloaded Office and everything seems to work fine. Great price. I had a problem with the redemption code and emailed the support that was on the page. Problem was solved quickly and painlessly.
