They arrived right on time. And they were absolutely stunning. I was pretty shocked by the delivery charge. I didn't think it was going to be over $20 to have them delivered. And there was no option to pick it up. It would have been nice to know that before I ordered it.

The software license works well, they provided an easy to follow instructional document for assistance. I'm happy to have an updated copy of MS Office installed on my computer. Additionally, the merchant's customer service team was very helpful, professional and timely in responding to my question.
