Very positive and relaxing experience. I was treated very well and everything was explained and time provided to ask question. At the end, I felt relax and looking forward to come back again.

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Place was clean and they had everything you needed.

Today's experience at ViVi Spa in Quincy MA was wonderful. The cozy space was clean and relaxing. Dim lighting, calming music, and some mild aromatherapy set the mood. Upon entering the spa-therapists were courteous and polite. Throughout my head, scalp and neck massage, I could feel the tension leave me while knots in my neck began hurting much less. The therapeutic process took several steps, eyes covered with a warm compress followed with a relaxing scalp massage, that focused on pressure points which I believe to boost circulation and relieve tension. Next came some steam, and a scalp treatment with some products that were timed, before the final steps of rinsing out the treatment and applying a scalp toner. Then a towel drying of my hair. This Japanese Head Spa treatment was such a-relaxing experience. I will definitely go back to ViVi Spa in Quincy in the future.

This place was amazing! One of the best facials I have ever had! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. My skin was glowing for an entire week. I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Cynthia for a wonderful experience!

I can’t say enough about the quality of services offered by my esthetician Carly. My skin has never felt so good. I have gotten complements from my clients saying my skin looks so good. Of course I’ve had no trouble letting them know what I’ve been doing g different.
