this was a wonderful experience. I’m not in the best shape, because I have had some really big health and emotional challenges in the last few years and while I was not able to do the full workout to peak levels, I did not feel criticized or judged. I felt challenged and I know that this is a place where I could grow in my fitness goals. Definitely check it out if you are curious. worth it it.
