The ambiance and atmosphere was very relaxing from the time I walked in. The masseuse José Romero was great! I felt very relaxed & rejuvenated afterwards!
It would be better if the front desk process were a bit smoother. Even though there wasn’t a long line, we still had to wait about 20 min. I think it’s because they handled massage reservations at the reception. Some of the sauna rooms were not quite hot enough, but overall, it’s on the higher end for spas in Houston.
