The staff was wonderful and kind

I would purchase the party package again. My son loved it for his 12th birthday. His friends had a great time. We showed up with our cake, they played we ate and we went home without having to clean up after 10 boys. That alone was worth it! The private party room was nice too. Easily decorated for a boy or girl.

Works perfectly. I had an issue with my anti-virus software likely the original download site, but customer service was very helpful and everything was resolved within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Mark came out and did an amazing job! Very professional and answered all our questions. He was quick and forthcoming with price and details. Emma was a great esthetician! She was gentle, thorough and purposeful in her work. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have her tell me what products she is using on my face. I never knew if I was having a mask on my face or a moisturizer. For purposes of possibly purchasing one, it would be helpful to know.
