We visited about 12:30 on a Saturday and I would recommend going just a bit later in the day. Some of the rooms were in the middle of housekeeping and unavailable to view. The self guided tour did include pictures of those rooms as well as details about them so we didn’t feel like we missed out on too much.

I'm still taking the course but so far it seems very informative and convenient. I'm able to access the course on the go which is a plus. I'm excited to finish it.
Fast, well designed for our annual training. Recommend that screens to get into classes be redesigned. We all had trouble. NOT user friendly for my young, or mature users.
Make a red START button, in bigger font, so it is easy.
