From beginning to finish my facial and eye brow wax were both a terrific experience. Anneliese was kindhearted, knowledgeable and created a very relaxing hour. The atmosphere of the Aveda spa area is soothing, quiet, with low lighting which I like and lovely music soft in the background. Her educator was involved at arms length which kept the experience nice for me but she took interest in the students work and had nice affirmations for her work.
