There was a little schedule conflict in the beginning. However, Raquel was very apologetic for the inconvenience. She appears to be well educated in her craft. She explained everything she was doing before doing it, which made me feel comfortable. She was friendly and pleasant to converse with. I would recommend.

Laura was AMAZING to say the least. Was my first time visiting and definitely walked out a client. Showed her a pic of the cut I wanted and how I love my blonde, she listened and did not fail.
