It was easy to redeem the voucher online and reserve the parking I needed. They have a good app that makes everything convenient, as well. Attendants at the entrance and exit were helpful and very nice. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a shuttle. The shuttle drivers were courteous and they seemed to value my time. The lot is gated and well-lit. This is my fourth time parking here and it has always been a good experience.

The dancing lights were wonderful!! Had a great drive through!! Only disappointment was Santa's village was lots more commercialized than I remembered. Nothing the kids could do without buying something or paying more!😪
