I bought this item through groupon, as I wanted to update a new computer from Windows11 Home to Pro ( For security things). Ordering through Groupon was a simple process... Following Groupon's procedure to get the voucher and contact the vendor was very well done. ALL of Groupon's excellence is expected and normally occurs. The vendor was Direct Games. They came through with flying colors. It took me a couple of days before I asked to download. I had purchased the full windows11 Pro vice something that would let me simply upgrade from Home to Pro. I reached out and told them, and they simply gave me a few variations so that I could get the extra things in Pro. Their communications were cordial, very well written to make the procedure as easy as can be. It went through without a hitch at all. They even followed up afterwards making sure I realized if I needed tech support they would still assist me in being sure it all worked 100%. Thanks to both Groupon and Direct Games for making this as simple as possible. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend them if someone is looking for software upgrades.
