Really enjoyed myself and the relaxation I felt being in the pod by myself. Relaxation and silence was the key for me while floating and having the day washed away. Just felt comfortable and relaxed while enjoying the pod.
40-Minute Infrared Sauna and 45-Minute Salt Cave Session
The sauna was very cozy it felt a giant warm blanket, as for the salt cave I accidentally fell asleep but that just means I was zenned out lol. The staff was also very friendly. I'll be back !
My favorite place to get a massage! They listen to you, are extremely courteous and respectful, and are skilled. I can’t wait to come back! I’ve had 3 massages here so far and I will be back. I most recently had Ann and she was wonderful!
