Had a great experience getting my oil changed at Valvoline. The technicians don't just change your oil but have a whole list of things they check on your car. They are very knowledgeable.

Absolutely wonderful service.

They did an excellent job and gave me options for the oil change, they topped off the fluids and offered me a free top-up for power steering fluid.

They are indeed excellent. Kept me updated via text. From the moment you book you appointment until giving you a heads up as to when the job is about to be completed. My car is 30 years old, and they didn’t flinch. They know their stuff.

Good service and customer service.

The staff is lovely, explaining things without talking down to you no matter what kind of car you drive. There is a clean and comfortable waiting area with WiFi and snacks, and a clean bathroom. They do a full inspection and walk you through their findings, but prices to fix those things seem a bit high. They focus on specialty cars, but are happy to work with anyone - worked on my 2001 Toyota Sienna!
