I was able to get an appointment booked within a day. The specialist who worked on me was very informative and courteous. She was gentle and took the time to make me feel comfortable for the entire procedure. Being this was my first appointment for a year’s worth of laser hair removal, I am excited to return again to such wonderful service and care. Sanna specifically was outstanding and incredibly courteous and professional.

It wasn’t as packed as the spa I’ve been to in Chicago but that’s a plus! I could enjoy the amenities without having to wait too long. We went for a body scrub and my technician, Anna, was marvelous! She scrub me down without missing anything. She got my bikini line and my outer butt crack(which I’m thankful for)! The spa automatically adds 20% tip to services so you don’t have to fell ackward.
