This was a unique 1st experience. Owner was very nice. I am sure to go again when I need it, might ask for the temperature to be lowered just a little next time. You can ask for ambient music, which did come on in the last 5 minutes as a gentle reminder that time is nearly up. Earplugs were provided. By the end I felt very calm. Clean place, highly recommend. It is customized to what you need.
