Wow. Gorgeous spa in an accessible location; staff was very friendly and professional. Staff made sure I was comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and I am very happy with my results and the experience. Thank you!!!
Satori Laser was wonderful.
A wee bit disappointed in this process though - I treated myself to two Groupons for "small areas" - six sessions each.
Apparently, I had used a Groupon at Satori Laser way back in 2018 so I am considered a "current client."
I was told that only three sessions for each Groupon will be honored - so six total sessions instead of twelve. I fear I will still have a moustache at the end of this... sigh.
The Satori Laser staff told me this is articulated in the Groupon information and I do believe her - but I honestly did not see it.
I will have to do a better job reading all of the Groupon fine print going forward (with my moustache not completely gone...)
