I have used Valvoline services for over 40 years and in 3 different states and they still hold true to their customer service and the service. How do they treat me? Beyond what is expected. Every employee has made me feel like a regular customer no matter which location or state I visit. I like being in their system. The staff at my current location is fantastic and always ready to serve come rain out shine, snow or sleet. This morning it was blistering rain and cold with the wind kicking up. Thank you for always being there when I need you!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased Microsoft but didn't know how to install it and I emailed customer support and David emailed me rigth back!! Dabid sent me a very helpful video on how to install Microsoft. I am not very computer savvy but the video he sent me was easy to follow and I was able to install it on my own! Thank you David!
