A little cumbersome to load Microsoft Office but a little diligent effort and it was done.

Even though I made a few mistakes regarding inputting or installation support was very patient and responded very fast. If I need to purchase anything else of this sort in the future I'll be sure to do it through this seller again.

After needing to be walked through on some set up difficulties, I have to say I’m highly impressed! I’m still exploring and setting up my favorites but have found my local news, streamed a couple of shows and streamed a movie without any glitches or buffering issues. There’s endless programming, it’s really amazing!

Took about 15 minutes total from online purchase to activate Windows 10Pro & then afterwards ~40 minutes for full upgrade to Windows 11Pro. Not bad for less than 10 bucks.
