Pilates in and near Oro Valley, AZ

Each of the 4 instructors I had for Flow & Tone classes were quite good at giving clear instructions & monitoring each participant. I particularly liked Elizabeth’s pace and humor. Good variety and appropriate for any level. I am not thrilled about background music as all other studios I have experienced view Pilates as mind body.

These workouts were great. A good selection although I was doing only mat; I don't have a reformer at home. But the instructors are great and I really got a lot out of these pilates classes. Going to buy again.
