Erica is wonderful. Not so sure about front desk. One lady tried to charge me $699 for lip filler when they have a special for $299, a discount of $80 and another discount for $20. She tried telling me I already had an account and cannot apply the $20 discount, but still $319 is a lot cheaper than $699. Other than this scenario
