The class was fun and got me sweating. The trainer was great and guided me through the whole process as he juggled other customers. I got the one on one experience needed to learn and get a good workout without having to take all the attention away from other guests.

Came here for a muscle relief type of massage and was happy with the service. I have a lot of knots i got worked out on my back and was very happy with the service
