Place is very relaxing and very accommodating. I was over 1/2 hour late so I just waited a short amount of time and was seen anyway. It a great cut! An extra time waiting for my hair to try to lighten since I had damaged it in the sun, etc.. It is definitely professional and you will feel comfortable that nothing drastic will happen unless you request it. 😉 You might be warned to not to do it. 😅
