I had some trouble redeeming the product key and downloading the app but customer service was amazing. They emailed step by step instructions- even late into the night when I was trying to get it set up. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The product is now installed and works great.

Hit a little snag upgrading Windows from Home to Pro. Received a reply from tech support late in the evening on a Saturday, and everything went great with the provided instructions. Great value and great service...what else can you ask for?
