You can download the software from Microsoft or the seller. I originally missed a step in the set-up and never completed entering my activation key into the software, and must have been running on a trial. When that expired, and the software was locked out, I realized my error and contacted the seller's support via email. Even though it was late at night, they responded quickly and provided a new activation key and guided me through the set-up. Now the Office Suite is working smoothly.
