Breanna was great to work with. She started by having me track my foods and my workouts prior to our consultation visit. I knew I ate pretty healthy in general but didn't realize some of my foods really started slipping away from me(almond butter). She set me up with some general nutrition goals that will help me in the long run.
In the gym she helps take the edge off with good banter and is a good motivator. She did what I asked which was to be someone to push me to my limits.
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
