Synthetic Blend Oil Change (Valid at Select Locations)
I used to go to Oil Can Henry’s- many years ago and the new owners did not disappoint! My problem was with Groupon. I decided to bend to their (Groupon’s) endless pressure to use their app and as soon as I arrived at Valvoline, the Groupon site and app went down. What the….??? And I had no bar code.
Cesar was incredible and figured out a work around. My oil was changed, car fluids checked, tires refilled to their optimum amounts and I was on my way.
High recommendations to Valvoline!! 5 stars but I have to rant about Groupon. Minus 10 for Groupon and I won’t be caving to their ‘use our app’ pressure ever again. They (Groupon) have zero customer service so you are on your own. Probably why I only use them once every 5 years…
But I will be back to Valvoline!
This was my first time at this location, using a Groupon. The ladies here were very sweet and gentle. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial so much that I almost fell asleep during the experience.
Jessica was an excellent communicator, cleaner, organizer, and listener. She was able to satisfy my cleaning needs and went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get my home back to a neat and orderly manner.
