So buying from them was super easy and everything was smooth. I actually ran into an issue with mine not working after 2-4 months. i was temporarily able to resolve it but then i ran into the same problem. i was lead to their support and they helped me out right away. Honestly, they are one of the nicest people/support ive ran into and because of this and their openness i've already recommended them to other people. Suggest trying them out, and giving them a chance. its worth it!
