They arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They were both very kind. The only thing I would change is I wish their platinum service was one of the options available on Groupon because I didn't know it existed and would have used it for a really deep cleaning on the upholstery. Nevertheless, the upholstery still looks much better than it did to start with and they got the weird stale smell out of my car too as I recently bought it with the smell. The time it took for them to complete the job was very reasonable and I'm pretty pleased with the work.
Adrian did a great job and the car looks brand new. We paid a little extra for the travel and additional pet fee (~$70 I think) but it's worth every penny. Interior was pretty rough just due to road trips with our furball. Definitely will be purchasing for future details. Thanks again!
