I had the wrong date & time written down for my appointment (happened after I had rescheduled my appointment online), but they were able to accommodate me anyway. The appointment went smoothly and as expected, and they didn't try to upsell or push any products or services (only answered questions I had about other services/products they provide/carry). I'll definitely be returning.

Both the owner Betty and nurse Paola were very friendly, welcoming & professional. Salon was nice, clean & comfortable
