  • Feel Good Fitness
When Tina Cristiano signed up for her first Zumba workshop, the only thing she knew about the program was that it involved Latin dance moves. She soon became addicted to the high-energy workout and encouraged her friend, Brianne Galante, to give it a chance. Within a few years after their first encounter with Zumba, both Tina and Brianne became instructors and opened Feel Good Fitness to spread the health benefits of the rhythm-filled routines. Today, they teach Zumba?which blends hip-shaking dance steps and international music?to students of all ages and skill levels. Tina and Brianne meticulously select each song and craft routines by blending traditional Latin steps dance styles including salsa, cumbia, and merengue with moves inspired by belly dancing and African rhythms. When they aren't helping classes swagger toward svelte frames, Tina and Brianne bring their encouragement to the community at large, hosting charity events to support worthy causes and volunteering for shifts on local superhero teams.

  • TGA of Morris & Essex County
Even after 10 years in business, a spot on Golf Magazine?s ?40 Under 40? list, and multiple features in Entrepreneur magazine, CEO Joshua Jacobs maintains a laserlike focus on what?s important to the health of America?s youngsters. His youth-enrichment program, taught at all TGA franchises, uses the games of golf and tennis as means for communicating positive life values and building confidence in pre-K through 8th-grade students, all while keeping kids active to combat obesity. Born from a team of golf, tennis, and education professionals, the five-level TGA curriculum teaches etiquette, sportsmanship, and the value of physical activity alongside lessons in math, science, history, and English. The trained staff outfits each student with modified equipment for their lesson, including shorter golf clubs, lighter tennis racquets, and reduced-flight golf balls that have had their wings clipped for indoor use.

  • Legends Baseball Instruction
The coaches at Legends Baseball Instruction adhere to a curriculum that was developed by professional ballplayers?but they have plenty of on-the-field experience themselves. All former stars, LBI's instructors impart the knowledge they've scooped up over the years with indoor and outdoor camps and clinics. They work with young players in particular through seasonal programs that tune-up skills before and during the season. In addition to its instructional offerings, Legends Baseball Instruction also fields summer and fall teams, meaning youngsters can play even after their seasons end and their trophies have dried out due to lack of sunlight.

  • Central Park
With more than 50 HDTVs, surround sound, stadium seating, and a trio of 100-inch screens for major sporting events, Central Park makes a strong case against actually going to the big game. Enveloped by accommodating extras, the restaurant's guests find an equally accommodating menu that's loaded with favorites for all sorts of tastes. At the center of Central Park's spread, the Southwest onion stack buries a burger beneath a tower of onion rings. It stands at more than a half-foot tall?about the height of an adolescent bobblehead?and headlines a selection of burgers, pizzas, and other game-friendly foods. Even with all this, Central Park packs one more surprise: a sushi bar, where fans can devour traditional rolls and special creations.
