The opportunity to create entreprenuers, not employees was a huge insipiration. I knew so many fantastic trainers that could only afford to eat dried noodles while they encouraged clients to eat nutritious meals. Sometimes it seems big box gyms don't care about trainers or clients needs . What do you love most about your job? I love watching the inevitable growth and progressive momentum that follows living a healthy lifestyle. I get to watch clients take steps that seemed impossible into the life they have always wanted. Most of the time it started with a workout that seemed on the surface to be just a workout.
