Gyms in and near Saint Marys, PA

I've had one of my session with a trainer using Flexit, and it was a very good experience. This is a convenient platform with well qualified trainers. I wanted to give it a try to see how it worked, and it's a great option for fitness training.

I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!

Always great training sessions with Greg. Workouts are low impact but still kicks me butt in gear and o feel it that’s why I Leo coming back. Highly recommend him 👍👍👍👍👍

So far so good. Just started using the workouts, really enjoying it. The workouts will definitely challenge you.
