Rita was very friendly and spent a good time layering my hair as I explained I wanted. She also was good at communicating instructions to get into the salon beforehand.
The redemption process is easy and very informative. The 160 hour course is the combination of the 120 and 40 hour classes. Everything is straight-forward and simple. Looking forward to achieving my certification!
