China is super thorough & knows her stuff. I enjoyed my first session and look forward to the remaining ones. I am sore and feel the effects. The individualized training is conducted in a small group setting & a great price for what you get. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my experience with Anthony's personal training. He was very attentive, patient, listened to what I wanted and after 12 sessions, noticed results which I really liked.
