They were able to get me in same day which was important for me. I need another week before I notice the result, but the consultation and process felt reassuring that it will look good. She seemed experienced enough to know where to put it. I wish they changed the needle more often, I had like 8 sticks with the same one and it was really crunching the skin toward the end.
I had IPL and Botox done and the staff was incredibly attentive, explained every step of the process, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.
