I had a wonderful experience at Scottsdale Skin and Head Spa. The online booking system was easy and I found an appointment easily. I had no idea what to expect since this was my first time. From start to finish, Abby was incredible. She first sat me down in a salon chair and we went over hair concerns and issues. We did a scan of my scalp to look at all the build up. Abby walked me through all the treatments she was going to do. First she started with a rosemary oil which was placed from scalp to the end of my hair, also a neck massage, next a pre-cleanse was done, brushing of the scalp, and then a cleanse. My session was an hour but I do wish I had booked 90 minutes. Overall, great experience, great staff, and I will definitely be back.

Very easy to book and not a long wait time.

The location was very nice and tidy. There was a shared bathroom that was very clean, a lounge, beverage dispensing machine, and comfortable seating. There was ample parking and the entrance was easy to find. I contacted the merchant to schedule an appointment and I was able to get in the same day, it was amazing! I was able to communicate with her via text throughout the day and she provided great detailed instructions on how to find her studio. She was very nice, polite, and extremely knowledgable. The voucher redemption process was so easy. I would absolutely recommend this service provider to a friend or family member and I already have plans to return for additional services.
