Andrew, the guy behind the counter when I talked in, was very friendly and helpful. The technicians were thorough and sent pictures of every problem. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with a place to sit and plug in your laptop if needed. The TV played an interesting show (not the usual obnoxious reality show or endless infomercials that you find in so many waiting areas). My only complaint is that my car was there for almost 3 hours for a process that I was told would take 90 minutes. Despite this - I will probably go back to Midas for oil changes in the future.
These guys did a great job. I absolutely would recommend this auto repair shop to my friends and family. The manager (I'm assuming) is amazing. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and will break it down into layman's terms if needed. Thanks again for the positive experience. It's hard to find a honest auto repair shop, but these guys fall nothing short of a friend in the auto repair industry.
We had a great experience. The crew was fast, knowledgeable, and not pushy about selling extra products. We will 100% keep going there for our oil changes.
