I especially would like to mention Jack, who when I ran into issues with my phone was so patient and helpful. As expected there were issues found during their maintenance check. The explanation and estimates for these additional services was thoroughly explained verbally and in maintenance check.

Manager was great! I had to cancel the first appointment because I had a bent rim and it took me a week to find a new rim and it was not a problem. The place was clean, nice seating in lobby and the alignment was finished on time and my car drives straight. Thank you Midas!
