Showed up at 11 am on a Sunday and almost had the place to ourselves. Customer service was great--saved us some money on drinks without us having to ask and was kind enough to let the kids pick whatever squishmallow prize they wanted when their winnings got caught on the crane.
Wheelchair accessibility & relatively flat surfaces for all levels. Any lips/steps are only a couple inches & are marked with tapes.
Wrist bands are good all day, so come and go as you please.
There are hand washing stations.
Buy your tokens when you check in to be able to feed the rays, birds & fish. Tokens are $3 each or 4 for $10 (if I remember correctly).
We were the first tee time, and the staff was outstanding. We had never visited, and our staff person took the time to orientate us and get us set up. It was well worth what we paid and plan to do it again soon.
