A little trouble booking on the website was resolved by a quick email. My facial was just with Crystal (owner/operator). Effervescent, welcoming. It's located in a gym, w/ample free parking. I'd shared about having considered demaplaning with the facial; while unplanned, she thought was a good idea as well. It was wonderful, and my skin looks great. Would definitely return.
