Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Using core principles of Pilates, we utilize the Reformer, Tower and Exo Chair to provide a wide variety of challenging routines and variations of traditional Pilates exercises. Further, we tailor our classes to suit the needs of our clients and work with each person to reach their exercise goals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a former ballet dancer, I have always belonged in a studio. My love for bringing Pilates to others is my inspiration behind Live Long Pilates, Yoga & Barre.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people feel their best and helping those who have chronic pain or injuries overcome their issues. I truly believe in Joseph Pilates' mantra: "In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you'll be on your way to having a whole new body."

It was the early 1990s, and after devoting about a decade of her life to fitness, Zayna Gold felt like her body was beaten up.
