What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Working out in gyms can be boring and routine. We literally put the FUN in fitness. Our Boot Camps are all about listening to your body, getting the best workout ever, having fun and creating community. We are passionate about our clients and unveiling the SUPERHERO within them!

We love our clients! We enjoy sharing our passion and knowledge of the human body. We love our Boot Camps as they get people out in nature, create community and bonding. We love seeing our clients progress, gain strength and build their healthy happy foundation.
