The office was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My consult went well and they explained what options I had to address my concerns. They had a special going on but I declined that time. I may choose to do it at a later date after I complete my three IPL facials. I would highly recommend Couture Med Spa in Lake Mary.

Diane is a incredible person! She is very precise, and she gives the very best advice. I love that she went in-depth with explaining how laser hair removal works on the charts that she has in the room. She is very easy to talk to! 10/10
What a wonderful and exhilarating experience. My very First Laser Scalp Hair Removal. Pareen, the owner conducted a thorough and educational consultation. Marlow, the Office Manager, clarified my appointment and expectations, along with additional questions and concerns I had. Lastly, Erly Q, the Laser technician with 14+ years of experiences was just absolutely Great; gentle, sweet and reassuring. I was very comfortable and relaxed for the entire treatment. This may be subjective, but my head / scalp felt smoother just from this initial visit. I look forward to my subsequent follow up treatments which I already scheduled.
